ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE & EXTENDED WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Accidental Damage coverage is valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
- Extended warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
- Accidental Damage Warranty covers Physical & Liquid damage caused due to accident during the warranty period.
- Unit will be repaired under accidental damage warranty, if not repaired the unit will be replaced.
- Device Data backup must be done by the customer prior to submitting the device for any warranty claim, Jacky’s nor the Policy under writers or service center is responsible for any loss of customer data from device submitted for service claim.
- Warranty is null and void in case of misuse of device.
- Extended warranty covers hardware defects excluding software & battery.
- Devices submitted for warranty claims will take up to a maximum of 30 days.
- For Accident Damage & Extended Warranty Claims, customer can visit the following Samsung Stores with the device and invoice copy to register the claim:
- Samsung Brand Shop – Mall of Emirates, Dubai
- Samsung Brand Shop – Deira City Center, Dubai
- Samsung Brand Shop – Burjuman Center, Dubai
- Samsung Brand Shop – Khalidiyah Mall, Abu Dhabi
- Samsung Brand Shop – My City Center at Nasseriya, Sharjah
